CHINESE BLACK PEPPER BEEF
Amazing Chinese style black pepper meat to form and luxuriate in reception and every one ready in but 20 minutes, black pepper meat is perhaps one among my favorite food to order from the Chinese people, i really like this Rich Poivrade on top meat and fits perfectly over regular steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
300g (10.5 oz) fried beef
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 clove , puree
1 tablespoon soy
3 celery sticks, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) oyster sauce
3/4 cup (180 mL) beef stock (I'm using low sodium)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 tablespoon of sweetener sand (I use sukrin: 1)
1 teaspoon black pepper
spray vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Add beef, soy sauce, ginger and garlic to a bowl and blend well.
2.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a sprig of vegetable oil . Wait until the pan is hot, then add the meat to the pan and brown until it's completely cooked, remove from heat and put aside .
3.Wipe the pan, spray a touch vegetable oil , add the onions and celery, saute for a couple of minutes.
4.Add beef, oyster sauce, stock, sweetener and black pepper. Mix the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of water and make a puree. increase sauce and warmth until sauce thickens and covers beef and vegetables.
5.Serve with the side of your choice and luxuriate in !!
