1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (mine is sukrin: gold)
1/2 cup (120 mL) water
1 onion, dig quarters and divide into slices
1 green chili, sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
cooking oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Add spread , soy sauce, condiment , sweetener, garlic powder, and water to a pyrex plate and beat until combined.
2.Add finely sliced fried steak and soak for a minimum of 1 hour within the refrigerator (preferably overnight)
3.When you're able to cook, spray a skillet with medium-high heat with a touch vegetable oil .
4.Add the onions and carrots, saute for a couple of minutes until soft, then add the green peppers. If it seems that they begin to sticky, add a touch water, it'll help the cooking. Continue frying for a couple of more minutes, the vegetables are going to be tender.
5.Remove from mold and clean mold until dry.
6.Spray lightly with vegetable oil and return to medium-high heat.
7.Add the meat along side the marinade and boil until it boils until the meat is cooked and tender and therefore the sauce thickens, delicious and smooth.
8.Stir the vegetables before serving.
9.Enjoy !!!
