Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo
Chicken Dip tastes the same as buffalo wings dipped in ranch dressing with just
eight ingredients. No mess and all the flavors you love!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce I used Frank's Red Hot
- 3/4 cup mozzarella divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cup shredded cooked chicken I used a rotisserie chicken
- 3 green onions thinly sliced, white and green parts divided
Instructions
First, preheat
the oven to 350 degrees F
Then, mix
the cream cheese, garlic powder, white parts of green onion and sour cream
until well blended. Stir in ½ cup cheddar and ½ cup mozzarella, reserving 1/4
cup mozzarella for garnish. Stir in hot sauce and grated chicken.
Transfer the
dip to an ovenproof dish, cover with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 15
to 20 minutes until the cheese is hot and bubbling. If desired, finish under
the grill for 1 to 2 minutes to brown and boil the cheese.
Garnish with
the rest of the green onion slices.
