Oatmeal Banana Pancakes






Oatmeal Banana Pancakes







Banana and oatmeal pancakes prepared directly in the blender! These healthy, fluffy pancakes are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and contain no flour or added sugar. Prepare for a simple but delicious breakfast!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana mashed+ 1 for extra topping

Instructions

First, in a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Then, in another bowl, mash the banana and add the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the dough forms, breaking up the pieces.

Heat the pan over medium heat and spray with a non-stick coating.

Once the pan is hot, pour about 1/3 cup of batter to form pancakes.

Turn over once the bubbles start to form on the dough and the bottom is golden brown.

Let the other side cook until light brown.

Remove from heat and serve hot with additional bananas, butter, syrup, chocolate chips, whipped cream or your choice of toppings!
