Salmon and Cucumber Sandwiches
This chic salmon and cucumber sandwich is that the perfect addition to a chic party . it's very easy to try to to with stopping results. As seen at Mandarin Oriental Taipei, at the Oriental Lounge.
INGREDIENT
115 grams of hot salmon in flakes
▢25 grams of purple onion / Spanish, finely chopped
▢2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
▢ 1 tablespoon of juice
Salt and pepper cracked
▢2 Lebanese cucumber or small fine cucumber, washed
▢6 slices of fresh light bread
30 grams of topped cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Note: confirm your cheese features a consistency which will cover fresh bread without tearing. it's best to require them out of the refrigerator for 10 minutes before using them.
2.In a medium bowl, combine the salmon , shallot, mayonnaise and juice until smooth. Add the salt and paper sufficiently.
3.Using a vegetable peeler, dig thin strips lengthwise from the cucumber. it is best to avoid using the cucumber core, which contains all the seeds. Pat the cucumber pieces dry with a towel .
4.Spread cheese on a slice of bread. Place the cucumber slices on top of the cheese , ensuring to hide a touch . Gently pat and switch the bread slices over. The cucumber side forms the surface of your sandwich.
5.Repeat this step with the remaining five slices of bread.
6.Spread a slice of bread, non-cucumber side, with the salmon filling. Then place another slice of bread with the cucumber side up, over the salmon.
7.Gently chop the crust and cut the sandwich into squares. Repeat with remaining bread and salmon. you'll get 12 triangle sandwiches.
8.You can also cut it into fingers. Cut the skin as above, then dig thirds of equal fingers, you'll get nine sandwiches this manner .
