Chinese Buffet Crab Casserole







These cheese crab fondants are an old-fashioned favorite with a mixture of creamy crab and melted cheese on an English muffin. They're great when you want a little something different for brunch or a snack and they only take a few minutes to prepare with a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 8 ounce package Crab Delight Chunk or Flake style will work
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 medium sweet onion sliced into thin rings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder onion powder, pepper to taste

Instructions

First, in a bowl, shred the crab meat into small pieces.

Then, add the cream cheese, sour cream and grated Swiss cheese to the bowl and mix.

Add the onion and spices and mix until everything is well mixed.

Spread the mixture in a saucepan, then garnish with cheddar.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
