Air Fryer Steak Fajitas
The air
fryer fajitas are so easy to prepare! We used beef with dry rub, onions and
peppers and they were excellent in our Ninja Foodi and Cosori machines.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ green bell pepper sliced
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ red bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion sliced
- 1.5 lbs top sirloin or flank steak sliced against the grain
Instructions
First, combine
pineapple juice, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, chopped garlic, chili
powder, cumin and smoked paprika. Pour over the steak and marinate for 2 to 4
hours in the refrigerator.
Then, place
a piece of aluminum foil in the fryer basket, place the peppers and onions in
the basket. Spray with oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Close and
cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the pieces
of steak to the peppers. Close and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, or until
the steak is cooked to your liking.
Serve on
tortillas. Top your favorite toppins with fajita, such as cheese, coriander,
sour cream, salsa, etc.
Happy
Cooking Time.
