INGREDIENT

110g of couscous with lemon and garlic

200 ml of hot vegetable broth

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

a handful of chopped fresh herbs (parsley, plus thyme, tarragon, or rosemary is good)

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP1
