 Baileys Bread & Butter Pudding



Delicious Baileys bread and butter pudding perfect for the vacation season - Baileys, brioche, chocolate, raisins and more!


INGREDIENTS

400 g of brioche bread

Unsweetened butter

75 g of raisins

75 g chocolate chips

4 medium eggs

200 ml of cream cheese

200 ml of milk

200 ml Baileys

50 g of castor sugar

50 g brown sugar


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Start by preparing your ingredients. I sliced my bread into 2 cm thick slices, then also in half to form it shorter!

2.Spread a touch unsalted butter on each bit of bread, then place the bread on your plate.

3.Sprinkle with raisins and chocolate chips!

4.In a jug, beat eggs, cream, milk, bailey and sugar!

5.Pour evenly over the bread.

6.Place the pudding within the refrigerator while your oven warms up - for 20 to 30 minutes!

7.Preheat your oven to 180C / 160C Fan.

8.Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cooked. you would like it to be beautiful and gold on top, and really heavy.
