Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons leaven
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs at temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk or regular kefir, temperature
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 ° F and line a cupcake / muffin pan with cupcake tins.
2.In a medium bowl, beat 1 1/4 cups flour, 1 1/4 tsp. leaven and 1/2 tsp. Salt. Order the flour mixture.
3.In an electrical bowl , beat the butter and sugar on medium-high speed for five minutes until thick and fluffy, scrape out the bowl as required .

5.Reduce the stirring speed to medium and add the flour mixture in thirds alternately with the buttermilk, stirring to combine with each addition. Scrape the bowl if necessary and beat until well combined and smooth. Divide the dough evenly into 12 12-layered muffin pans or cupcake pans, 2/3 full.
6.Bake for 20 to 23 minutes at 350 ° F or until a toothpick inserted within the center comes out clean. Let cool within the skillet for five minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and funky to temperature before freezing.
