Grilled Steak Kebabs



Grilled Steak Kebabs








These grilled steak skewers are juicy and delicious! It marinates overnight which makes the steak skewers tender and so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 12-inch metal skewers
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 orange pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

First, in a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Then, once the meat is marinated, thread it onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of pepper and red onion.

Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning often, until all sides of the meat are golden brown and the vegetables are tender. (About 12 to 15 minutes). Happy Cooking Time.
