SPICY AVOCADO TOAST WITH EGG


avocado toast is spicy, easy, fast, and healthy with eggs only takes 10 minutes to organize and can keep you full and satisfied all morning.

INGREDIENT
1/2 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and discarded
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 slices of toasted sandwich bread
salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons crushed cotjia (or feta)

INSTRUCTIONS
1.In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches the specified consistency. (I prefer my avocado lightly chopped - mashed mostly but with small chunks of avocado here and there.) put aside .
2.In a small nonstick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Gently crack the eggs and cook the way you wish them. (I prefer mine to each side with the ingredient still melted within the center.) Remove from heat and put aside .
3.To arrange them, spread half a mashed avocado on toast and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with dish , 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes and 1 tablespoon cotija cheese.
4.Repeat the steps to rearrange the opposite loaves of bread and enjoy!
