Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce

With all the summer grilling I've done, i can not help but take the chance to update a photograph of 1 of my favorite dishes, chicken satay! Chicken satay (aka chicken satay) is an Indonesian or Southeast Asian dish during which chicken is seasoned, skewered, grilled, and served with a sauce, often with peanut sauce. I like better to marinate the chicken with a mixture of cilantro, cumin, turmeric, lemongrass, garlic, galangal, lime, chilli, fish sauce and palm sugar with turmeric which provides it a stunning yellow color. aside from being quick and straightforward , to not mention savory, one more reason why chicken seasoning is one among my favorites is because it's served with peanut sauce for dipping, and peanut sauce has got to be one among the foremost amazing foods ever! This chicken satay is ideal for snacking, immediately the skewer, or as a part of a meal!
