INGREDIENT
For the dough
3 1/2 cups Carbquik
1 glass of water
To be filled
6 tablespoons soft butter
1/2 cup chocolate spread
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Ice Cream Cheese
1/2 block of cheese at temperature
1/4 cup butter at temperature
1 cup erythritol powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
1.In a large bowl employing a wooden spoon spatula, quickly combine the carbohydrates and water until the dough is firm. Pour the dough mixture onto the floured surface with a couple of teaspoons of carbohydrates quickly and knead for 2-3 minutes.
2.Let the dough rest for five minutes. Roll it into a rectangle, spread butter on top of the dough, sprinkle with chocolate pancakes and garnish with cinnamon. Roll the dough lengthwise and dig 9 equal pieces. transfer to an 8 × 8 or 9 × 9 baking dish.
3.Bake in preheated 375F oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a minimum of 5 minutes before freezing.
4.To make cheese frosting: Beat all ingredients during a small bowl until they're not crumbly.
