Instant Pot Brownies








Instant Pot Brownies









These wet, pasty instant brownies are easy to prepare from scratch. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream for a perfect dessert!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwoder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder, I used regular cocoa powder not dutch
  • 1 tsp kosher salt, use less if you prefer

INSTRUCTIONS

First, install your instant pan, add a cup of water and the cooking grid to the pan

Then, lightly grease a 6-inch springform pan and cover the bottom with aluminum foil if necessary

Beat the butter and sugar together

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition
then add the vanilla

In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder

Add the dry ingredients to the butter and eggs

Just stir until combined

Add the chocolate chips

Put in prepared pan

Cover with aluminum foil and place on the wire rack in the instant jar

Put the cover in place, set to seal

Press manual, then 55 minutes

Once the timer is off, let the jar release naturally for 15 minutes

Gently remove from the pot and wipe off the water from the top of the aluminum foil

Remove all aluminum foil and let cool 10-15 minutes

Carefully pass a knife around the brownie to help it free

Open the pan and let the brownie cool OR eat it while it is hot
