Immunity Boosting Orange Smoothie
This immunity boosting orange smoothie contains a high dose of vitamin C! It has a refreshing orange flavor with a touch of vanilla!
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup water
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup frozen coconut cubes
- 4 oranges, peeled
- 2 teaspoons raw honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
INSTRUCTIONS
First, combine oranges, banana, coconut cubes and water in the base of a high speed blender.
Then, mix at maximum power for 45 seconds or until the mixture is completely mixed. The texture should be thick and creamy.
