Teriyaki Meatballs with Rice
These easy
teriyaki meatballs are wrapped in a sweet and savory sauce that will always
delight crowds. This recipe can be on the table in less than 30 minutes, making
it perfect for lively nights!
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 lb bag frozen beef meatballs
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet®
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
First, In a
large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium / low heat.
Then, Add
pepper and onions to the pan. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour the
meatballs into the mold. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour the
teriyaki sauce and 1 cup of water into the mold.
Bring to a
boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
Cook the
rice according to package directions for 2 cups cooked rice.
Once the
rice is cooked, mix the rice with meatballs or serve on rice.
