Raspberry Brownies!
These
incredibly fudgy raspberry brownies are easy to prepare and are just good for
your health! The rich paleo and vegan chocolate chocolate paste is baked with
an easy raspberry sauce for a perfect blend of fruit and chocolate. They are
gluten free, dairy free and completely addictive!
Ingredients
- 275 g Caster Sugar
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 200 g Unsalted Butter
- 300 g Raspberries
- 150 g Plain Flour
- 4 Medium Eggs (or 3 Large)
- 150 g Chocolate Chips
- 200 g Dark Chocolate
Instructions
First, Preheat
your oven to a 180 ° C / 160 ° C fan and cover a 9 x 9 inch parchment paper
dish.
Then, Add
your dark chocolate, butter and sugar to a saucepan and melt over low heat.
Stir frequently so that the chocolate does not burn and melt until it is
smooth.
Transfer the
mixture to a bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
Add the
eggs, one at a time, stirring all the time.
Add the
flour and cocoa powder and mix until everything is well mixed.
Add 2/3
raspberries and stir.
Pour the
mixture into the mold, then sprinkle the chocolate chips and the remaining
raspberries.
Brown the
brownies in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes!
Let the
brownies cool completely in the mold!
