 Tuna Tartare



Tuna is not just your mother's smelly substance slapped between two whole grain slices to assist you diversify your PB&J portfolio once you were young. When not hidden away during a mysterious silver bag, it's a superb steak fish, rich in omega-3s and antioxidants. Tuna tartare may be a dish of finely chopped sushi-grade raw tuna (it should be) that goes great with avocado and soy .


INGREDIENTS

1 pound sushi grade tuna

Juice from 1 lime

2 tablespoons soy

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/2 shallot, chopped

1 tablespoon jalapeño

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped or grated

1 avocado, diced


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut the tuna lengthwise into 1/8 inch pieces, then cut again into 1/8 inch pieces and again into 1/8 inch cubes.

2. Mix during a bowl with juice , soy sauce, vegetable oil and sesame seeds. confirm all tuna are coated in liquid.

3. Enter the shallots, jalapeño, coriander, ginger and avocado, stir well.

4. Add salt to your taste, but soy should offer you a far better taste.

5. Put 1/4 of the dough into alittle bowl or ramekin about the dimensions of your fist.

6. Cover the bowl with the plate the wrong way up and switch it over.

7. Carefully lift the bowl and admire your elegant creation before enjoying it.
