Kani Salad


 Kani Salad 



Your appetizer for tonight's dinner is ready! this is often Japanese crab salad (Kani salad). I know, it sounds complicated or complicated, but all the ingredients for this easy salad are probably in your kitchen immediately .


INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of crab sticks (surimi)

1 English cucumber - peeled, then dig thin matches

1 carrot - peeled, then dig thin matches

A few lettuce leaves or crisphead lettuce - grated

1 C. Season with Japanese sesame seasoning

Bearing:

1/4 cup mayonnaise (try the japanese Kewpie brand)

2 teaspoons rice vinegar or juice

1 teaspoon roasted vegetable oil

Optional add-ons:

Mango - finely grated

Sweet corn kernels


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Use your hands to peel the crab sticks into thin slices. Then increase an outsized bowl with cucumber, carrots and lettuce. Mix it well.

2. during a small bowl, beat the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, and roasted vegetable oil .

3. Pour the dressing over the salad and blend well. Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. When able to serve, garnish with the japanese sesame seasoning and stir gently.
