Egg Fried Rice


 Egg Fried Rice



Takeaway Egg Chinese fried rice Quick Recipe with many Flavor! Ideal for serving as a part of homemade fake Chinese food.


INGREDIENT

2 tablespoons oil

▢1 peeled and diced onion

▢2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped

4 cups (800 g) of long-grain rice, boiled and chilled

½ tablespoon vegetable oil

▢2 eggs

▢2 tablespoons of black soy

▢¼ teaspoon of salt

▢¼ teaspoon flavorer

▢1 tablespoon juice - (fresh or bottled is fine)

Serve:

▢½ bunch chopped scallion / scallion


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Add 1 tablespoon of oil to an outsized skillet. Add the onions and cook, stirring over medium heat for five minutes, until the onions begin to become tender and translucent.

2.Add the remaining oil and a couple of chopped garlic cloves. Cook for an additional 30 seconds, stirring regularly.

3.Add rice and increase the warmth to high. Then sprinkle with vegetable oil .

4.Use a spatula to combine everything up and confirm the rice doesn't stick with rock bottom of the pan. Keep moving the rice in order that everything is warm.

5.Once the rice is hot (it will take about 5 minutes), push the rice to the side of the pan and break the 2 eggs into the chamber. Add a touch soy (approx. ¼ tbsp) of soy to the eggs.

6.Make sure the a part of the pan containing the eggs is on the hearth , fry the eggs, stir them with a spatula, until the eggs start to cook and appearance scrambled, but they're still egg. Not too runny.

7.Now mix eggs with rice.

8.Pour within the remaining soy (about 1 ¾ tbsp), sprinkle over teh teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon flavorer and blend everything together.

9.Add ½ tablespoon of juice , stir and taste. Add a touch juice if necessary.

10.Divide between 4 bowls. Garnish with scallion (green onion).

11.Serve together with your favorite Chinese dish. i prefer to serve it with crispy sesame chicken or sweet and sour chicken or sticky side of pork .
