Salmon and Spinach Congee

INGREDIENTS
½ cup rice
125g salmon, diced, season with sea salt and vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
A handful of spinach
½ tablespoon onion oil
600 ml of water
200 ml of broth
Soy sauce and pepper to taste
1 egg
Some fried donuts
Grated ginger
Some fried shallots
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cook rice in broth and water, chopped ginger and shallot oil. Adjust with more water to cook to the specified consistency of slurry.
2.Taste and season with soy and pepper if desired.
3.Add the cube salmon and spinach. Once cooked, close up the warmth .
4.Add the eggs to the bowl and puree. Serve with grated ginger, fried donuts and shallots. Back!
