QUICK SRIRACHA CHICKEN
Sriracha Chicken the perfect meal for those who like it hot and on the table in less than 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thighs (320g), dig pieces
1 clove , chopped
2 teaspoons grated ginger
pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons soy
2 tablespoons of water
chopped cilantro (cilantro) or spring onions for serving
spray oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Spray a wok or skillet over medium-high heat with spray oil
2.Add chicken, garlic, and ginger, and saute until golden brown.
3.Season with a touch black pepper.
4.Remove from pan.
5.Whisk Sriracha, honey, soy and water.
6.Add to pan and convey to a boil until it boils and starts to shrink and thicken.
7.Add the chicken again and still simmer until the chicken is coated in sauce and therefore the chicken is totally cooked.
8.Sprinkle with cilantro or spring onions and serve with a entremots of your choice.
