CILANTRO LIME FISH TACOS
White fish chips, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, and lime garnished with avocado. A fresh and delicious thanks to flavor fish, tacos are quick enough to urge through a busy workday!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb fillet , rinsed and drained (plaice, tilapia, etc.)
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 jalapeño peppers, chopped (remove seeds over low heat)
2 cups diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons of juice
kosher salt and pepper to taste
8 white corn tortillas
4 ounces 1 haas avocado, sliced
1 cup of sliced cabbage
lime wedges and cilantro for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat vegetable oil during a large skillet over medium heat.
2.Sauté the onions until they're clear for about 4 to five minutes, then add the garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Mix it well.
3.Put the fish within the skillet and cook until the meat starts to peel.
4.Add jalapeño chilies, tomatoes, cilantro, and juice . Saute over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, break the fish with a spoon in order that everything is well blended; season with salt and pepper.
5.Meanwhile, heat the tortillas during a skillet or directly on the stove for a moment or two on all sides to reheat them.
6.Serve quite 1/4 cup of fish on each warm tortilla topped with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, and lime drizzle.
