BAKED FETA APPETIZER
This oven-baked feta appetizer comes together for an instant. Cook everything in blocks of feta cheese until hot and creamy, then serve with the crunchy crostini!
INGREDIENT
8 oz. block the feta
1 cup of cubed olives
1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Halal salt
fresh pepper
Serve:
fresh chopped parsley
French bread slices or crostini
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Add feta to alittle baking sheet.
3.Add olives and sun dried tomatoes to the baking sheet round the feta.
4.In a small dish, combine the vegetable oil , garlic slices, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5.Pour over the dried feta blocks, olives and tomatoes.
6.Bake for 20 minutes. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes.
7.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and slices of French bread or crostini.
