Avocado Chocolate Mousse
There's a lot to love about this chocolate avocado mousse. It's quick to prepare, deliciously sweet, beautifully creamy, and perfect for kids with food allergies.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tablespoons of coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup stevia (optional honey substitute)
- 4 teaspoons of dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup red raspberries
Instructions
First, in a food processor or blender, add the avocados, cocoa powder, coconut milk, honey (or Stevia), vanilla and banana.
Then, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Scrape the sides of the container. Mix again, making sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
Remove the container and the cover. Refrigerate for at least an hour, until completely cold, before serving.
Serve 1/3 cup of mousse, garnished with a pinch of chocolate chips and raspberries. Happy Cooking Time.
