SWEET CILANTRO LIME SALMON
Salmon topped with sugar or honey and sweet and spicy lime sauce, then grilled and sprinkled with fresh cilantro for this quick and healthy dinner. Perfectly enjoyed with your beloved family
INGREDIENTS
1.5 to 2 pounds of salmon
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of juice
3 tablespoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Chopped fresh cilantro, to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an outsized baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and seasoning
2.In a small bowl, beat the vegetable oil , juice , sugar , garlic and red chili flakes. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
3.Bake for 15 to twenty minutes or until the salmon is cooked and simply mashed with a fork. If desired, run the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking to caramelize the frosting. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
