PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP


 PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP



A tropical twist to the present pineapple and shrimp Chinese fried rice recipe. To be enjoyed as a entremots or as a main dish. Delicious and delicious food which will take you back to the tropics!


INGREDIENT

3 cups rice (or white rice)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil , divided

1/2 medium onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 eggs

2 spring onions. slice

1/2-1 pound shrimp, cooked, thawed, peeled and cleaned

1 1/2 cups pineapple, diced

1/2 cup of frozen, thawed peas

3 tablespoons of soy

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Halal salt and white pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS

1.Heat an outsized skillet (or wok if you've got one) over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil and warmth it. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir until the eggs are almost cooked but still slightly damp. Remove from skillet and put aside .

2.Reduce the warmth to high and add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Reduce the warmth to medium then add the onions and stir until fragrant. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3.Add rice, leeks, peas, Nantua , vegetable oil , boiled eggs, pineapple and salt and white pepper to taste. Quickly stir everything round the pan until all the ingredients are coated and fully heated, about 3 to 4 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference.
