CHILI MAPLE GLAZED SALMON









Maple Glazed Salmon for Two makes the perfect weekday dinner. All you need is 20 minutes to prepare this healthy meal. Serve with sweet potato fries and vegetables, or a nice kale and Brussels sprout salad!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • Big pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 lb of wild salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar

DIRECTIONS

First, preheat the grill to high heat.

Then, lightly oil the salmon and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with a big pinch of salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chili, paprika and coconut sugar. Rub on the salmon.

Grill until fish is cooked through, light and flaky, about 8 minutes.

Remove the fish from the oven and brush the maple syrup over the salmon. Return to oven to toast, 1 to 2 minutes or until maple syrup is bubbling.
