2 eggs 2 eggs
1/2 cup ground spread
1/2 cup chocolate chip
optional: spread , syrup, granulated sugar for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Heat an outsized nonstick skillet or skillet over medium heat. during a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, leaven , bicarbonate of soda and oats. Shake to mix .
2.In another, larger bowl, combine the butter milk, milk, butter, spread and eggs. Blend until smooth. Stir the dry ingredients together (it's okay if they're still a touch lumpy). Gently add the chocolate chips.
3.Grease the wok or skillet with cooking spray and pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter into the pan. Cook, 1 to 2 minutes, until the sides start to seem "dry" and therefore the dough bubbles. Turn and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until rock bottom is brown. Repeat with remaining dough. Sprinkle with additional spread (I wish to mine within the microwave for a couple of seconds to let it flow), granulated sugar or syrup if you wish . Enjoy!
