Chipotle Aioli
Creamy Chipotle Aioli is a quick and tangy sauce perfect for dipping or spreading on sandwiches.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of mayonnaise ½ cup of mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon of cumin teaspoon of cumin
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 small garlic clove 1 small garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle pepper * 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle pepper *
Instructions
First, place the garlic clove on a cutting board and add salt. Mash with a fork until it forms a paste.
Then, add the crushed garlic to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Happy Cooking Time.
Recipe Notes
It will keep for 1 week in the refrigerator.
Chipotle pepper can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder or to taste.
Add more chipotle pepper for more heat.
