PUFF PANCAKE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE








Puff Pancakes Breakfast casseroles are so good because they can feed a crowd and you can add so many different ingredients to make it delicious and filling. Best of all, you can cook it all and get it all ready for the day ahead and all you need to do is bake it in the oven and you have a wonderful and satisfying baked breakfast casserole.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ lb cooked sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ lb cubed cooked ham
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions:

First, preheat oven to 375 ° F. Spray 13 × 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Then, pour the melted butter into the dish. Put aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together Bisquick, 1 cup of milk and 2 of the eggs. Pour over the butter in a baking dish. Spread cheese, sausage, ham, bacon over mixture.

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of remaining milk, remaining 6 eggs, garlic salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over the casserole dish.

Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
