Chicken And Pesto Puff Pastry Tarts
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons pesto
1 sheet puff pastry
10 strips cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
8-10 cherry tomatoes cut into bite size pieces
1 handfull spinach
Easy individual chicken pesto tarts
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Cut your puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Prick the center of the puff pastry squares with a fork. (You want to leave the borders bare.)
3.Combine the chicken with the pesto in a bowl.
4.Top the center of the puff pastry squares with chicken, spinach, and tomatoes.
5.Brush the edges of the puff pastry with beaten egg.
6.Bake the tarts for 20-22 minutes until the pastry is risen and deep golden. Serve with a si
