EASY RANCH BABY CARROTS






EASY RANCH BABY CARROTS








These carrots are so simple to make and are absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (16-ounce) package baby carrots, patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves

FOR THE RANCH SEASONING MIX

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with a non-stick spray.

Then, to prepare ranch seasoning, combine parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dill and pepper in a small bowl.

Place the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil and ranch seasoning. 
Stir gently to combine.

Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Stir in butter until melted, about 1 minute.

Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
