Chicken Teriyaki Ramen
Enjoy your favorite teriyaki chicken ramen dish using just one pot with this fabulously easy recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 Cup Water or Broth
- 1 Pack Nongshim Instant Ramen Noodles 4.2 oz
- 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce Optional
- 2 Water for Cornstarch Slurry
- 2 Scallions Chopped White part separated and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce Reduced Sodium
- 2 Tbsp Raw or Brown Sugar or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
First, in a large skillet or wok, add sesame oil. Shake to cover the bottom. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Then, add water to the pan. Bring to a boil.
Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and the white part of the chopped green onions to the pot and stir.
Add the noodles to the liquid. After about a minute, break the noodles with a spoon. Once the noodles are broken, add the cooked chicken and cook the noodles for 4 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch with water, then pour into the mold. Let boil and cook for one minute until the sauce thickens.
Add to bowl and garnish with green part of chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Happy Cooking Time.
