VEGAN TUNA SALAD
The vegan tuna salad is SO easy! Learn how to do it with just 8 simple ingredients and less than 10 minutes of your time. It makes breakfast perfect on the go and the kids will love it!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon kelp flakes
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/8 cup parsley chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed optional (for omega)
Instructions
First, mash the chickpeas with a potato masher until they are broken down.
Then, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until homogeneous.
Place the tuna with chickpeas in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Happy Cooking Time.
