HONEY BEER BREAD








This honey beer bread recipe is quick and easy to prepare with just 6 simple ingredients! See the notes above for possible seasonings that you can also add.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter I prefer salted
  • 3 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Bottle Beer room temperature I used Oktoberfest Ale for this batch

Instructions

First, mix all the ingredients except the butter in an electric mixer with a dough hook until it goes away from the sides of the bowl

Then, transfer to a greased loaf pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

When you have 20 minutes left, melt the butter and pour over the bread. Return to oven and continue cooking. (it will bubble)

Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes

Remove from pan, serve hot
