CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN TENDERS









These crispy baked chicken fillets are life-changing! The secret to really golden and really crunchy breaded chicken is to toast the breadcrumbs first.

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Thyme (optional)
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ½ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Sriracha Mayo (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 375 F.

Then, cut the chicken into 1-inch strips with the grain of the meat. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare two bowls. In a first bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place the mayonnaise in a second mixing bowl.

Drown the chopped chicken in mayonnaise, then drown it in the seasoned Panko mixture.

Place the coated chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between each tender.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn each piece, bake for another 15 minutes.
