Easy Brazilian Cheese Bread
Simple, gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread, or Pão de Queijo, made with tapioca flour, milk, eggs, olive oil and cheese.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (50 grams)
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (50 grams)
- 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour or tapioca starch (170 grams)
DIRECTIONS
First, preheat the oven to 400 ° F. Grease a mini muffin pan generously. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the mixer so that everything is well mixed, this will give about 2 cups of dough.
Then, transfer the dough to the mini muffin tins. Fill about 3/4. Bake for 20 minutes, until everything is puffy and lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack for a few minutes. Eat hot or keep to reheat later. Happy Cooking Time.
