MISSISSIPPI MUD CHEESY POTATOES






These potatoes are full of flavor !! With just the right amount of cheese and bacon, it's the perfect side dish for any meal!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise (real)
  • 1/2 Cup green onions, chopped
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 8-10 Cups potatoes, diced finely
  • 1 package bacon, cooked and torn into large bits

Instructions

First, in a 9x13 or 3 quart saucepan, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions.

Then, stir in mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven at 325 and a half hours or until the potatoes are tender. 
Garnish with additional cheese if desired.
