NUTELLA BANANA BREAD







Banana and Nutella bread that is super soft, easy to prepare and so tasty. The vegan nutella swirl does it! The perfect gluten-free snack, breakfast or vegan dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 ounces non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup Nutella
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 extremely ripe (even brown) bananas, mashed
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Then, in a large bowl, combine the mashed banana with the melted butter, stirring to combine. Combine eggs, Greek yogurt and vanilla. Put aside. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Fold the dry ingredients in the wet.

Pour half the dough into the prepared bread pan. Melt the Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds. 
Drizzle half of the Nutella over the dough, gently shaking the dough with a knife to form Nutella ribbons. Pour the second half of the dough on top and repeat with the remaining Nutella. Bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before removing from the bread pan. Happy Cooking Time.
