Keto White Chicken Chili
White
Chicken Keto Chili Recipe - delicious creamy white chicken chili full of
flavor, no carbs!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- ¾ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
- 8 ounces Diced Green Chilies 2 cans
- 6 Tablespoons Butter divided
- 4 cup Shredded Chicken Rotisserie or otherwise
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese grated
Instructions
First, in a
large bowl, mix the grated chicken with spices: chili powder, onion powder,
garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Then, in a
thick-bottom Dutch oven or pot, melt 6 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Then add the chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese and hot sauce.
Bring to a
boil and cook until the cream cheese is melted and incorporated into the pan
Add the
grated seasoned chicken to the pan, the Monterey Jack cheese and the diced
green peppers. Stir together.
Reduce the
heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes, keep an eye on it
so that it does not burn the bottom of the pan.
Taste and
season with salt and pepper preferably.
