Chocolate Lazy Cake

Chocolate Lazy Cake

It's not a real cake actually, no flour or egg is used, no baking is required, so it's so easy anyone can do, that's why it's called "Lazy Cake ". It can be prepared and stored in the freezer for removal during any unexpected emergency visit.

Ingredients
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 7 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
  • 2 packets butter biscuits (like LU Le Petit Beurre)

Instructions

First, cut the butter into pieces and, in a bowl, mix with cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk.

Then, break the cookies into pieces (be careful not to have them too crumbly) and mix with the cocoa / milk mixture. Mix well until all of the cookie pieces are well coated.

Pour the mixture onto a piece of aluminum foil. With a spatula or spoon, shape the mixture into bread.

Wrap tightly in aluminum foil (you can shape the bread a little more with your hands by doing this). Freeze for 3-4 hours.

Unpack the bread and cut it into pieces. Next is the simplest of all - gobbling up the slices before they get too gooey! And if, miraculously, there is something left, Lazy Cake will stay in the freezer for up to a week. Happy Cooking Time.
