Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole






This pan is not intended for a dieter, but for those who live their lives to the full and are carefree about things like calories, fat or sodium. The Easy Hash Brown pan is without a doubt the best pan you will ever eat!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Stick Butter, Melted
  • 1 Teaspon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Crushed Cornflakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 2 Pound Package Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
  • 1 Can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Then, in a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, HALF melted butter and whisk seasonings until well blended.

Add the hash browns and cheese, stir until the ingredients are well mixed.

Pour the hashish mixture into the prepared pan.

In a small bowl, use a fork to mix the crushed cornflakes and the other half of the melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
