Greek Lemon Potatoes





Gagasan di balik resep ini adalah bahwa kentang menghirup kaldu rasa lemon, bawang putih dan oregano, kemudian dipanggang hingga berwarna cokelat keemasan.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup broth – vegetable/chicken
  • 2.6 lb potatoes
  • 8 garlic cloves – peeled and thickly sliced

Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 340 ° F / 170 ° C.

Then, cut the potatoes into pieces. (I don't peel them)

Pour olive oil, lemon juice, chicken broth, lemon zest, whole garlic cloves, oregano and salt into a roasting tin and mix well to combine.

Add the potatoes to the mixture and mix gently.

Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and roast the potatoes for 70 minutes, then remove from the oven, remove the aluminum foil and gently turn them.

Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

The potatoes should be soft and lightly golden and most of the liquid will have evaporated. Happy Cooking Time.
