CRISPY PARMESAN POTATOES
These crispy
roasted Parmesan potatoes are epic! Make them for your Sunday roast or pass
them around at a gathering. It goes without saying that it is this crisp crust
of golden Parmesan.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds baby red potatoes peeled and halved
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
First, add
the potatoes cut in half and the olive oil in a ziploc bag and mix.
Then, add
the parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper to the bag and mix
again until everything is well combined.
Place the
potatoes, cut side down, in a single layer on a silicone baking mat or other
non-stick surface such as parchment paper.
Bake at 450
F until golden, about 25 minutes.
