WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY BLONDIES






White chocolate cranberry blondes are loaded with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries. They are soft, fluffy and perfect for the holidays.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

INSTRUCTIONS

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Then, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well blended.

Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, white chocolate chips and cranberries.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
