Millionaire Peach Salad
Millionaire
Peaches Salad meets in minutes with just 7 ingredients! It is the perfect
recipe to consume all these delicious fresh peaches and can be served as an
accompaniment or even as a dessert!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (12-ounce) carton Cool Whip
- 1 small (3-ounce) box peach jello
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14-ounce) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
Instructions
First, beat
the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.
Then, stir
in Cool Whip and dry Jello mixture.
Drain the
peaches, reserving 2 tablespoons of syrup. Cut the peaches into bite-size
pieces.
Add the
peaches and the 2 tablespoons of syrup to the mixture.
Stir in
marshmallows. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Stir in the
pecans just before serving.
