Cranberry Fluff






Cranberry salad is the perfect side dish to serve for Thanksgiving and Christmas. You'll love this 6-ingredient holiday classic for an easy Thanksgiving recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 8-ounce container refrigerated lite whipped topping
  • 1 12-ounce package cranberries
  • 12 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener (equal 1/2 cup sugar)

Instructions

First, dice the cranberries in a food processor.

Then, transfer the cranberries to a bowl and sprinkle with Stevia 
SPLENDA® Naturals Sweetener. Stir until homogeneous.

Cover and refrigerate cranberries overnight.

Add the pineapple and pecans to the cranberries and stir.

Add the small marshmallows and stir.

Stir in whipped topping until blended.

Serve the cranberry flakes immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Happy Cooking Time.
