Baked Crispy Chicken Legs






Crispy baked chicken legs easy to prepare - this chicken recipe is family-friendly and full of flavor. The chicken drumsticks are so moist and juicy and super easy to prepare.

Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • 3 - 3 ½ pound chicken legs
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian herbs
  • 1 ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon bouillon powder (you may replace with salt)

Instructions

First, wash the chicken legs and place them on a cookie sheet in a single layer, then let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight. Do not cover them; let them air dry. You can omit this part and continue with the spices.

Then, when ready to cook, preheat oven to 425 ° F.

Place the chicken in a large bowl, with all the spices, then drizzle with the oil.

Line a pan with aluminum foil; above with a grid. Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer. While the chicken legs are cooking, the oil slowly flows to the bottom of the baking dish.

Cook chicken legs until well cooked and skin is crisp, about 45 to 50 minutes - turn chicken legs around halfway - about 20 minutes.
